Welcome to WP4Newbies. As the creator of this website, I have gained immense appreciation for the open source movement and ideology, so much so that I have incorporated two of their guiding principles into our own business model: honesty and transparency. In that spirit, you should know that this website is partially funded by affiliate programs, and that some of our tutorials contain affiliate links (lessons containing affiliate links are clearly marked as such).
What is an Affiliate Link?
An affiliate link is a specific URL, usually directly to a product or service, that contains a tracking code. If you click on one of these links and end up purchasing the product or service in question, then we may receive a small commission from the seller. Affiliate links have no effect on the price you pay for a linked product or service; it is paid out of the seller’s marketing budget. Affiliate links are a great way to fund the content you enjoy at no cost to you.
Does it Cost You Anything Extra?
No. The price of the item is exactly the same whether you use our affiliate link or go directly to the vendor’s website. In some cases, our links may even include a special discount code just for our readers. Affiliate codes are literally a win-win for both website creators and their visitors.

Running this website requires time, effort, and money (for hosting, design, and content creation). The commissions we earn help support the site so we can continue providing free content to our audience.

There is an unmet demand for unbiased WordPress reviews, and our theory is that what we lose in commissions will be more than made up for in terms of user loyalty. In fact, “unbiased reviews” will be how we differentiate and survive in a crowded, mature market.
